For 23 years, Paritosh led inside some of the world's most demanding organisations — TATA Steel, Oracle, HCL and Tech Mahindra — driving strategy and transformation across three continents. By every external measure, he had arrived. And yet he came to know a quiet truth many high achievers carry: outer success does not automatically create inner peace.

So at the height of his career, he stepped away to pursue a deeper question — what truly allows a human being to change? Three decades of study and practice followed, across leadership science, psychology and NLP, and the wisdom traditions of Yoga and Vedanta.
